He Believes . . .

Ok Oso, pulling food off of counters, opening pantry doors (and yes, 

he did eventually figure out how to move the chair 

and still open the doors) I could understand- but this?! 

And it's the 2nd time.....

Clearly, Oso BELIEVES.
